The space
This spacious beach house is perfect for groups of up to 16 guests looking for an easy-going escape in the peaceful coastal village of Pearly Beach. Don’t be fooled by its modest exterior — inside you’ll find a large open-plan living space with a lounge, kitchen, dining area, bar counter, and pool table, ideal for socializing and shared meals. The kitchen table rolls aside to create extra space for games or dancing.

With 5 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom, everyone enjoys a bit of privacy within the larger group.

The sheltered backyard is made for long, lazy afternoons — with two braai areas, a splash pool, and a dartboard to keep the fun going. Located just 300 meters from the beach and an easy stroll to Castle Beach, it’s the perfect mix of comfort and seaside simplicity.

There’s plenty of open parking in front of the house (not covered or fenced), and pets are welcome too. The home is set in a safe, quiet neighborhood — ideal for relaxing — though guests are kindly asked to keep noise levels considerate when celebrating.
