Two small houses. one has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a lounge area with a fire place and a comfortable convertible sofabed - 140 cm - as well as a sleeping loft with a 140 cm matrass The second house is a charming and spacious bedroom. IF YOU BOOK FOR 1-2 PERSONS, YOU ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE HOUSE WITH KITCHEN, BATHROOM, SLEEPING LOFT AND CONVERIBLE SOFA. The houses are placed in a big garden, only 5 min to charming town of Trosa, 8 min to the beach and one hour to Stockholm.

Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. Fungerande öppen spis, ekgolv, fräscht badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 100kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 6personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

Small wood cabin with Forrest view and beautiful nature walks. Small kitchen in the cabin with microwave, oven and hob. Full access to big garden and decking with a glass house which can also be used. Lots of parking space available. Perfect spot for remote work, study or just some relaxing time. Stor bäddsoffa med plats för två personer och möjlighet att välja till en spjälsäng eller en luftmadrass utan extra kostnad. Huset har en stor veranda med sjöutsikt och ligger ca 3 min promenad från långgrund sandstrand och vacker skogsmark precis intill. Intill badstranden finns båtbrygga med segelbåtsdjup och gästplats. Det finns grill och två cyklar tillgänliga att nyttjas utan extra kostnad.

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

En jättefin badplats med brygga och omklädningsrum ligger endast 200 m bort. Från stugan kan du även gå direkt ut på Bruksleden som tar dig längs stigar och vägar i den vackra naturen.
