Loerie's Perch is a beautiful cottage situated under a leafy Yellow Wood tree-canopy with breathtaking views of Knysna lagoon. Spacious, open plan, a great choice. A large walk-on patio is the ideal setting for sunset & sunrise views, or sumptuous meals. Best of all, only minutes away from the Waterfront, beaches and attractions.

Note: we are off-grid, both water and electricity - and therefore not affected by load-shedding or municipal issues - in general!

The space
The space is a joy. We've outfitted the apartment with luxurious linens, a fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi - everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The open-plan lounge and kitchen are stylish with two single beds and a large sofa to accommodate the family or friends. The main bedroom and bathroom are both spacious and light, again, fully equipped for all your needs. The patio has a large couch set, large outdoor table to entertain, and the obligatory braai! (BBQ). Park your car inside the property, only a few steps from the front-door, safe and secure.

Property is fully off-grid, with PV and Water tanks, meaning we're not affected by loadshedding or water supply interruptions.

Guest access
You have full access to the grounds in front of the apartment. The cottage/apartment is all yours to enjoy!

Other things to note
We have a security fence and gate with remote access control and the cul-de-sac on which the property is located ensures total security and privacy. The area and home is safe without any past issues. We request guests keep doors and gates closed and locked when not home.
