The space
The cottage features a spacious, open-plan kitchen and living room, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. There are two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, a separate family bathroom and a cosy TV nook for quiet nights in.
Outside, a barbecue and firepit are ideal for an evening under the stars. The private deck, with its panoramic window, is the perfect spot to soak in the view.

Totally Private: You'll have shared use of the pool and entrance, but the cottage itself is entirely private.
Loadshedding-Proof: Solar and backup battery power ensure your stay is uninterrupted.
Warm and Cosy: A gas heater and electric blankets keep you warm during winter.
Optional Hot Tub: For an extra fee, a wood-fired hot tub can be set up for a truly special experience. Please let us know in advance if you would like this to be set up.

Hout Bay is a small fishing village south of the Cape Town city centre. On the foot of Chapmans Peak it is nestled between the magnificent Table Mountain and the Atlatic Ocean. Hout Bay offers a range of lovely restaurants, harbour markets, shopping malls, sea sport activities, hiking trails. It's 20 minutes into town along the most scenic coastal route and 20 minutes to the Constantia wine route or Noordhoek farm stalls. Kids will love the World of Birds and Clay Cafe.
