Set on one of Woodstock’s most desirable roads, the area feels calm and residential while still being moments from the city’s energy. Overlooking a quiet park, it offers a peaceful setting with beautiful views, fresh air, and a sense of space that’s hard to find so close to town.

What we love most is how central it is. Within minutes, guests can reach the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Newlands Forest, beaches, cafés, gyms, and cultural hotspots, yet return home to a relaxed, private environment at the end of the day. The neighborhood is ideal for morning walks, quick coffee runs, outdoor activities, and easy commuting, making it perfect for families, remote workers, and longer stays.

It’s a location that lets you experience Cape Town fully—without sacrificing comfort, privacy, or peace.
