This is a unique social celebration venue! We have Highrocks next door to add another 12. And now we are also a registered Padi Dive Centre!
We now have a capacity of 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. And can accommodate up to 20 people on site. We have 3 stand alone en-suite studios, a 4 sleeper loft and a 6 sleeper main house. We have extended the outdoor entertainment area and host up to 100 people on the extended deck.

The space
Host Your Event by the Sea
With recent upgrades, our property is now perfect for corporate retreats, birthdays, bachelor parties, and even weddings. We can sleep up to 20 on-site, with space for an additional 12 guests next door at Highrocks, and host 80–100 people on the front lawn and deck overlooking the warm Indian Ocean.
Book the entire property for exclusive use of all amenities, or reserve a private, self-contained ensuite and potentially share the facilities with other guests. There are two bar areas, three dining tables, a fire pit, braai zones, loungers, and a sparkling pool—ideal for unforgettable seaside gatherings.
The front deck stretches out over the dune with panoramic ocean views and direct beach access for swimming, surfing, or fishing. A 12-seater undercover area, lush gardens, and open entertainment spaces make it a truly unique venue.
Accommodation is spread across 3–4 separate buildings on a half-acre property, offering both privacy and flexibility. Options include:
• Three self-contained ensuite studios (sleeps 2 each)
• A loft-style unit with king and queen bedrooms (sleeps 4–6)
• A 3-bedroom house with 2 shared bathrooms (sleeps 6–8)

** The Shoal ** (Sleeps 6-8)
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom self-contained unit has2 Loft-Styled Queen bedrooms upstairs, one with a wonderful ocean view, the other with a garden and sunset view both with aircon. The downstairs unit is also a queen. The living room has an incredibly comfy L-shaped lounge set and a TV with the full DSTV bouquet.
The fully serviced kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a full-size fridge, oven, stove, and microwave. It’s equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, along with essentials like a kettle, toaster, and cleaning supplies. Ideal for families or groups, the kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease and enjoy the convenience of home while on holiday.
Step out of the lounge and stroll past a cozy fire pit to a stunning 12-seater undercover area with panoramic ocean views. This entertainer’s dream features a sparkling pool, multiple bar counters, and built-in braais for unforgettable seaside gatherings.
** 2 Nebo’s Cabins & 1 Turtle Cove** (Each Sleeps 1-2)
Three distinct, exterior-facing spaces designed for singles or couples. Each of the three private studios offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a king-size bed that can be converted into two singles, perfect for couples or friends. All studios feature modern en-suite bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, and basic cooking essentials. Stylish and comfortable, they provide the ideal blend of independence and convenience for short or extended stays.
** North Sands Cottage ** (Sleeps 4-6)
This modern loft features a stylish upstairs king bedroom with a dedicated workstation, perfect for digital nomads seeking comfort and productivity, it is fitted with air conditioning for year-round comfort. Downstairs, a cozy queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom offers added privacy, alongside a compact Kitchenette for self-catering convenience. Step outside to a private covered porch with a built-in braai and chill zone—ideal for relaxed evenings or outdoor dining.
Guest access
If you book the entire property you have exclusivity, other wise you can book a studio or a loft and share the expansive amenities with other guests.
Other things to note
- We are a registered Padi dive Centre now as well!Adventure and comfort go hand in hand here! Dive into excitement with our very own legend DM RaeRae
- Well-trained pets are permitted. Please clean up after them and no access to beds or couches. We have DSTV, a Smart TV. We have a Nespresso machine. We have JOJO harvested rain water...limited solar back up for emergencies. Geyser and air cons do not operate during load shedding.

Keep your stay stress-free with our daily cleaning service—just R600 per day for a spotless, worry-free experience. Relax, we’ve got it covered.
