Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Our house is an extremely comfortable house in a protected area in the center of Ayvalik. A stylish, cozy space is created by putting together antiques and modern items. The use of the garden is exclusive for our guests. There is a teak dining and sofa set in the garden. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the house. You can cook with pleasure, or you can walk to the bazaar , restaurants and entertainment venues, explore the historical texture of the city and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

Our little house is located in the Bergama Kozak plateau, in the forest, isolated and within walking distance to the village. It is 30 km from the center of Ayvalik and Bergama. Our house is 27 m2 and consists of an open kitchen seating area, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a 15 m2 patio covered in the open air and a large garden area of its own. There is a barbecue and dining area on the patio, a fire pit in the garden and a swing. We look forward to an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.

Our place is in a natural area where there is no construction around in the middle of the olive groves at 1.7 km from the main road (canakkale-memir) inside. Our path is a light stone road between the olive groves of land and stabilized. We recommend that you be more careful, especially when arriving with passenger cars.
