Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

"Pelican Dune" is a newly available small holiday home only a few hundred meters away from the beach. This comfortable house is located at Dobbelmanduin in the beautiful village Noordwijk aan Zee. Dobbelmanduin is a peaceful neighborhood. The main shopping street with plenty of shops, a supermarket and bakery are only a few minutes walk away. So are the 2 main boulevards with the restaurants and bars. Pelican Dune has his own entrance, and there is private parking available near the property.

Welcome to our cosy beach house in Noordwijk aan zee. Centrally located 200m from the beach. Walking distance to great beach clubs, dunes, supermarket, shopping area and close to beautiful Dutch flower fields. By car or train you visit Haarlem, Amsterdam and Leiden within 30-45 min. You can stay with 4 people, since we have 2 small bedrooms on the first floor. So please note if you have little kids: there's a stairs, no stair gates. And the stairs is quite steep. Our small house is a place where you feel at home as soon as you will enter the doorstep. The house is situated in our back garden where you can enjoy your dinner when the sun is shining. Only on 5 minutes walking distance you can enjoy the sunset or sunrise at the beach. The house is only available for 2 people and not suitable for disabled people because of a very steep stair. We can offer a double bed or two single beds.

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.
