Nice, fresh "shot yourself" home

Fully equipped apartment located on the edge of Nyhamns Location. Close to the sea where there is a harbor, beach, swimming area and nature reserves. Bicycle path is available around the corner and via it you come north to Mölle, Kullaberg and Krapprup. To the south you can reach Höganäs. If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a divided biyta in a larger villa. It is its own private entrance and patio door towards the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a shower, a washing machine and a dryer.

The guest does dishes and puts back porcelain, throws sorted garbage, and is responsible for leaving the cottage in the condition it was received. You can buy for cleaning for SEK 550. Här är stugan som har ett gammalt svenskt stuk på utsidan men är fräsch och modern på insidan. Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.

Come and live close to nature and animals, close to the two peninsulas in north-western Scania while you get that little extra. Parking right outside the cottage. Cozy house of 65 sqm, the accommodation has been refreshed with new interior design, freshly painted facades and solar cells on the roof in 2021. Within a radius of approx. 10 30 minutes you will find i.a. golf, padel courts, flea markets, museums, beaches, various cities, cycle paths, national parks, Skåneleden and moose safaris.

Newly-built cottage in Bräcke just outside Nyhamnsäge. Walking distance to several attractions in the area such as vineyards, Krapperup Castle and Kullaberg. Close to the sea and swimming, sandy beach in Lerhamn and swimming from rocks or pool in Arild and Mölle. Child-friendly! You live in the cottage which is by yourself but next to the house where we as hosts live with our family. The cottage has its own driveway and parking. Free Wi-Fi. Pets welcome!

"Stallet" is an annex to an old farm in a charming fishing village next to the famous nature reserve Kullaberg. Modern open kitchen/living room with sea view and a fireplace. Upstairs, a double bedroom and 2 beds on the landing. Terrace for sunny days. Ideal for sea and nature lovers. Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden.
