The Poolhouse is set amongst 34 acres of parkland on the Talton House estate, and is 10 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Downstairs is a kitchenette, sofabed, loo and shower. The Annex, own stairs to bedroom & ensuite

We have a spacious Annex which forms part of our main house. A living area provides table with chairs and comfortable seating area. TV and internet. Tea, coffee making with microwave and small fridge. Bowls, tea and dinner plates with cutlery. Own private staircase leads to bedroom with King size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen but we will wash and replenish any crockery etc. The Annex is part of our main house and separated by a locked door.

Quiet location but only 100m from the Earlsdon high street with an abundance of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and only a stones throw from the city centre and Coventry train station. Full package Sky Television in 3 rooms including Sky movies, Sports and Children’s channels! Please note that we do not allow parties or any music after 11pm. We look forward to hosting you.
