Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Skidbussen, Train station etc. In the summer it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre roller coaster that takes you to the ski system. Otherwise 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop plastic.

Here you can relax, get out to nice hiking/skiing trails directly from the house, or take a swim in the lake or or if the ice is free to go long trek. After the activity, a hot sauna and a bonfire await in the cabin! Ottsjö has an Ica store that has everything. Close to Åre, Vålådalen and Trillevallen.
