Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Walking distance, 1 km, to train station and grocery stores in Åre centre.

Charming apartment at VM8, best location!

Cozy apartment of 30sqm right by the VM8, the lift that opens at the earliest in the morning and connects the entire ski area. Great location in Åre, close to everything. In the summer season there is rolling distance to the lift cage and really good pump-track! Different layout with, among other things, a double(triple)bed of 270cm. Fully equipped kitchen for those of who enjoy to cook. Before you start the day, you can usefully slide down to the bakery Bake 200m away and buy yourself something freshly baked. No tenants under the age of 23.

Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 m away. Duveds and Tegefjäll's lift system is built together. Many people think it's the area's best skiing, but you can also take the skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift passes also apply. With hiking skis, you get directly out on the mountain expanses.
