We live in rural, Appalachian Ohio on 20 acres. We have fields, woods and a pond for exploring. Our place is about 15 minutes from town; shopping, grocery and restaurants. We are 20-30 minutes from the Hocking Hills State Parks, canoeing, hiking, etc. The one-bedroom apartment in the basement of our house can host up to 4 people and features a walkout with a hot tub and a porch swing. Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

Prime location on North Court Street in uptown Athens, within walking distance to Ohio University and many bars and restaurants. This entire apartment contains three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and one has a queen. The apartment has one large bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. Simply decorated and fully furnished with all the essentials to make for the perfect stay. I have 2 parking spots nearby for the apartment.

Just steps from the bike path and convenient walking distance for groceries, restaurants and all necessities. Across the street from Jackie O's Tap Room. You wont need to use your car at all and we have plenty of parking for it.
