The apartment is in a quite residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transport (RMV). In our street (about 3 minutes walk) the bus is every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached after about 10 minutes, which runs every 15 minutes. The Darmstadt MAIN STATION is less than 2.5 km away. Also the connection to the motorway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

Our beautiful & cozy bright basement apartment of 80 m² with a 12 m² terrace is located in a 3rd family house. A little shabby chic and French furnishings. Great for couples, or families with 2-3 kids, for interns or businessmen, for vacationers or cyclists discovering the Lahn and Hesse, family visit near the optic town of Wetzlar. We are family friendly, we speak French, German and English.

In the middle of a beautiful villa district is this lovingly renovated villa with two cozy apartments in the heart of Büdingen. It was built in 1904 for the daughter of the then prince's best location and renovated in 2023. Ground floor with 3 rooms and garden, upper floor with 2 rooms and balcony. In all rooms there are at least two sleeping places, also in the living rooms.
