Great mountain getaway on Roaring Creek in North Carolina. Appalachian Trail access just two miles down the road. Only 30 minutes to skiing in the winter. Mountain Cabin / Hiking off the Blue Ridge Parkway

We are back open! Helene did a lot of tree damage but the cabin is untouched. There are 3 hiking trails, 2 with waterfalls. Relax by the outdoor fire pit or have a picnic on the deck with long range Mountain View’s. The cabin is cozy with great wi-fi and TV. We just upgraded to a king size bed too!! This place is an affordable, perfect mountain escape for 2 people. Be prepared to relax!
