This is a one-of-a-kind property fully remodeled in the complex with an enormous Park of 3 acres a complete children's playground with lots of equipment, Heated pool and Jacuzzi/spa lots of parking, and garage. Everything!! We are always available to our guest via text or phone. We have in addition to myself and my husband a house manager and handyman/contractor -can fix anything -who live 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is located just an eight-minute drive away from Laguna Beach. The property is nestled in a beautiful green area surrounded by walking and equestrian trails, a five acre lawn, playground, basketball court, pool/spa & wonderful neighbors. We have a parking garage dedicated for one car and there is also free uncovered parking right out front.

Home features three bedrooms. Master has a king bed and bath with glass block rain shower. Second and Third bedrooms have queen size beds. Living space has a full sized futon for a another couple if desired. Open kitchen, dining and granite bar seating all connected for cooking and entertaining. Or do it all outside at the built in Palapa with barbecue, fridge, television and seating for eight. Large rock pool and jacuzzi. The waterfall and palm trees finish the tropical feel of the backyard.

Sleeps 10. House has 2 King, 2 Queen, 1 bunk bed. Relax in the hot tub - included with the rental (101 degrees). Optional pool heating (84 degrees) with fee $60/ per day. Pool is 5 ft deep and gated for safety. Only 7 min drive to Disneyland 3.5 miles & Anaheim Convention Center 5 miles to Knott's Berry Farm. Close to medieval times. 16 miles from SNA airport or 32 miles from LAX. Outdoor picnic table and bbq. Please help me eat the lemons and guava in the backyard! haha. :)
