Casa Luna, oasis in a viby beachtown

This XIX Century house is located in the heart of the historic old town 1 min walking to the comercial streets and las Ramblas, where lots of restaurants couple of museums, like museum romantic and theatre venue are. We have a great old bodega behind home were you can visit it, make some shopping in their deli or drink something in the beautiful garden terrace. No more than 20 min walk to any beach on the village and stunning front ocean paella restaurants area. We have SITGES next to us.

Our house is located in Sant Vicenç de Montalt Beach ,30 min North of Barcelona , with very good train connections to Barcelona center (plaza Catalunya) . Railway station can be easily reached on a short walk along the beautiful beach . Thare are many good restaurants , shops and a big fitness center in the neighbourg . The house has 3 floors and all rooms have new furniture and a lot of light. A nice garden with a big table to have wonderful outdoor breakfasts .

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the previous inhabitant of the house, a dear Englishman, we have been able to make our project a reality: an old house renovated with charm: one of the oldest houses in the town that we have personally rehabilitated with great affection and in which we have tried to keep the original elements (wooden beams, stairs, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites to tranquility and reminds you how close to the sea it is.

Parties are not allowed because it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The location is wonderful because in 3 minutes walking you can enjoy the beach or catch the train if you decide to get closer to the city. The cozy house has 5 rooms (2 quadruple and 3 doubles) and 2 bathrooms AC in living room and main bedroom
