Quaint Batavia Coach House

I am creating an airbnb account for my two lovely parents, who are empty nesters for the first time in thirty-two years. We, myself and my five siblings, were blessed to be raised in the quaint city of Batavia, IL, which boasts river paths, close proximity to a train station that will take you into Chicago, and historic neighborhoods such as our own. Our property consists of two homes, our own and a coach house, which we would love for you to stay in! Both are situated on a family-friendly old-fashioned alley with mature maple trees. “St Geneva” River View-7 minutes to the QCenter

Welcome to "St. Geneva"! I call it that because of the home's ideal location between 2 gorgeous and quaint towns-St. Charles and Geneva. Between the two towns there's plenty of shopping and night life to be had. The home is located along The Fox River. Just cross the two way street to access miles of biking/walking trails. Feel free to trolley my 2 kayaks over to the launch just a couple blocks away. Walk to the farmer’s market for fresh food to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen.
