You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

**February 2024- New electric heaters put in, and brand new secondary glazing throughout the airbnb** This special seafront apartment is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A stones throw from the beach and very cosy! We are very close to the local pier, and a short walk to Hastings Old Town which has a pedestrian only street, filled with lovely restaurants and cafes and some beautiful unique shops.
