The glass box, bright and cozy

Beautiful and modern house, in a very peaceful area with very few neighbors. Light enters the spacious living room from sunrise as it is facing the rising sun. Natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The development is located on the outskirts of town and you can breathe an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 minutes from the village, Lidl supermarket and the highway, 10 min to Granada and the Alhambra, 30 min. from the coast and 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada. 10 min. to Nevada Mall and PTS.

Recently refurbished typical Granada apartment right in the heart of the city, in between the cathedral and the Unesco World Heritage Neighborhood Albayzin. Great for couples, families, singles or friends, with a walking distance to all the interesting places of Granada (cultural places, tapas bars, shops, Alhambra...). Quick connection with transports to airport, train and bus. Nicely renovated. Up to 4 people. A/C and heating. I am official local guide, so will happy to advice/guide.

Modern home that enjoys an excellent location between the mountain range and the capital. Prepared with all the comforts to enjoy with friends in a quiet environment. Our house is located 15 minutes from the capital and a 25-minute walk from Sierra Nevada Station. We also have the great luck of having the coast of Granada less than 1 hour away and being able to be in the morning skiing and in the afternoon visiting the beaches of Motril and Salobreña.
