In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for the ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschl.

Von allen Räumen genießt man den weiten Blick auf den See und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Direkt vom Haus können Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Außerdem gibt es unten am See einen kostenlosen Badeplatz mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Paddelbooten usw (12 Min Fußweg, 1 Min mit Auto). Wir haben Fußbodenheizung bzw -kühlung.
