Rates from as low as $130 per night off peak for exclusive use. It has a queen bed with a double sofa bed for extra guests, fully equipped kitchen and walk in/roll in shower equipped with seat. You can sit in your living area or out on the terrace, overlooking Penguin's Main Road, and watch the sunrise or sunset or have a romantic drink enjoying the view - choices are endless.

A great bicycle track to Ulverstone and Devonport. There is a water slide in Ulverstone. 15 minutes from the Spirit docking, 1.30 hours to Cradle Mountain. 50 minutes to Lake Barrington National Rowing Course. 1.15 hours to Launceston. 25 minutes from the Devonport Airport. 2 hours to the West Coast.
