This vacation home is perfectly situated in the heart of Voelklip in Hermanus. The house is a 5 minute walk from Grotto beach and the iconic restaurant, Dutchies. The house has beautiful mountain and sea views from both the lower and top deck, with seating on the top deck that is ideal for sundowners. This beach house is a large families dream (It's even perfect for two families sharing). With two kitchens , two lounge areas, and two braai areas there is plenty of space for everyone to relax.

An outdoor covered patio features a glass-top dining table surrounded by six black, woven chairs. A built-in braai area sits in the corner, complete with a stacked wood storage beneath it, providing ample space for outdoor dining and relaxation.
