The house is located on the southern outskirts of Leipzig, about 15 minutes from the city center, directly adjacent to Leipzig's Neuseenland in a quiet settlement, located directly on the edge of the field. A wonderful starting point for holidays or exploring in and around Leipzig/West Saxony.

The apartment is super centrally located, very bright and yet quiet, as the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony go out to the back to the yard. There is a bedroom, a sleeping coach in the study and a guest mattress. Smoking can only be done on the balcony, unfortunately animals are not accepted. Towels and bedding are on site, basic foodstuffs can be found in the pantry. I look forward to every guest.
