One of two studio apartments that are located on the lower level of our home. Spacious and cool, situated on our tree-filled property in a residential area of Caye Caulker. Each unit has a full kitchen, A/C, fans, hammock, wifi, queen size bed, futon, unlimited drinking water, and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

Incredible indoor outdoor living here. As you walk into this massive deck you come under the palapa to all your outdoor living amenities, the BBQ, the jacuzzi, the dining area and never forget that astonishing view! AS you walk inside the glass sliders, you are welcomed into the tranquil calming space of the living area and kitchen.
