Very quiet home with a view over 50 acres of hay fields with large oak and pine trees sprinkled throughout. Lots of room to roam, walk a dog, keep a boat, horse, fish two ponds with bass. 8 miles from Lufkin or Diaboll, 7 miles from Angelina College. 20 minutes from Sam Rayburn. New two-bedroom country cottage. The property is very clear with lots of room. Events could be hosted "on the farm"! Quiet country setting only 3 miles from Downtown Huntsville, 4.5 miles from SHSU, 1 mile from Walker County Fair . Home is a perfect place to come relax after a long day at work or a day shopping on the square. We are surrounded by trees and deer love to come visit morning and night. The guest quarters are set up like a hotel with a full size fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The space has its own entrance and guests have the ability to come and go as needed without disturbing homeowners.

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, outdoor shower and jacuzzi tub. Pond is stocked with catfish although I do limit harvesting. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. See you soon!
