Perfectly equipped up to 6 people maximum. It is a good apartment in a great location, with direct access to the bus stop, the tram and the shopping center with all the services. Well located next to the University and just a short walk away from the city of Murcia. It's also very easily accessible by car because of the ring road next to it. Large house on the ground floor with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher shop, etc.), large green area within a minute walk. Easy parking right outside the door. The Smart tv is strategically placed so that you can see it from the patio too, just turning it.
