The front patio and the lush courtyard in the back blend in in a unique way with the house and the pool area. Solar heating is included. Gas heating or AC are optional for an extra fee. Beautiful house to get out of the routine, have fun and spend a few days with the ones you love most. It has air conditioning and fans, equipped kitchen and private roof garden with jacuzzi to spend very pleasant family afternoons with nice views of both the lake and the garden. The condominium pool is huge, it has a palapa and another jacuzzi. The subdivision has direct access to the lake for all the water activities you like. Very well lit and ventilated. 24/7 surveillance.
