Sheridan's House

This beautiful unique house is close to the village plaza where there are shops, bars and restaurants. It is a 4 floor property with a living room and fireplace, 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single bed, both with wonderful views of the mountains. There are 3 bathrooms (one on each of the first 3 floors). The rooftop terrace offers incredible views of the village and the mountains. There are several hiking routes from the village and free public parking within approximately 4 minutes walk.

This bright house sits at the top of Atalbeitar, an ancient Moorish village of La Alpujarra. Surrounded by greenery, this casita by the church is removed from the action, yet still only a two-minute walk from the parking and the heart of the village. The house was tastefully designed by an architect with Moroccan inspiration, and its wide, open concept makes it easy to navigate. There are windows all around, offering lots of sunshine and calming views of the village rooftops and mountains.

Casa Amaranta

Casa Amaranta is a cozy little house located on the edge of the Barranco del Poqueira. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace of mind in Capileira. The cottage was originally the block of a family home and has remained carefully rehabilitated. Climalit windows have been installed in September 2017, as was the hot water heater and a ceramic stove.

Our house is located 15 minutes from the capital and a 25-minute walk from Sierra Nevada Station. We also have the great luck of having the coast of Granada less than 1 hour away and being able to be in the morning skiing and in the afternoon visiting the beaches of Motril and Salobreña.
