Luxury Beachfront House in Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk

Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Enjoy the sounds of nature while staying in this unique place. Enter your detached pool and throw away all the city fatigue in the shade of bird sounds and figs , pear tree. Our houses located in the Kızlan neighborhood are right in the middle of the Mediterranean and Aegean sea. 4 km to the Mediterranean Sea, 5 km to the Aegean Sea, 5 km to Datça Center, 3 km to Eski Datçaya.
