The house is a Modern mansion in a classic building of 1926 on the stunning estate Sancta Maria Noordwijk in the middle of the Dutch dunes. Connected to Zandvoort circuit.The house has high ceilings, is light and spacial with an open floor plan connecting spaces. It has a front terras in the sun for having breakfast and lunch and a back garden with dining table and lounge sofa and fireplace for a nice cosy evening. Noordwijk is at the beach and is a gorgeous health resort in the midel of nature.

New painted! Nov 24 Super clean & and me as a host that cares! Beds are made and in Dec a x-mas tree! The location is in a very nice quiet loop therefor I cannot accept groups of friends. It has a huge sunny, fenced garden with complete privacy. The location from the sea is only 1500 m Generally ideal for families and nature/bicycle lovers Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms with boxspring beds I emphasise in having super good & clean beds and cotton blankets Dogs welcome, but please ask!

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. Dit knusse huisje heeft de perfecte locatie in een rustige chique villawijk en slechts tien minuten wandelen langs de prachtige villa's naar het strand of de dorpskern. Zeer centraal gelegen. Het huisje is ingericht met hoogwaardige meubels en heeft een beachlook. Een ruime living met lange eettafel en een zeer ruim woongedeelte. Een oudere badkamer met ligbad/douchecombinatie. This centrally located house is trendyly furnished and offers all the convenience and comfort for a nice holiday near the sea. The house is 120m2 and has a lovely south facing front garden, in short, sun all day! Located in a friendly neighborhood, ideal for families and larger groups. From the house you can walk to the beach (500 m) in 5 min. It is not allowed to smoke and /or use drugs in the house or in the garden.

Elegant Family Home near Amsterdam with Green Egg

Elegant, characteristic, spacious, light, house with a luxurious touch. Located close to Amsterdam and Utrecht, the hey, the forest, and the lakes with all amenities, bars and restaurants at walking distance. We added this year a gardenroom to the house and renovated our back garden. Besides that we added a new bathroom at the second floor. The house is perfectly equiped for families up to 7 adults and 2 kids.
