Finely decorated new house, private , integrated with nature , in a safe condominium, close to Ecoparque. Located Ferry Road 100 M of sea EASEMENT. It has 4 bedrooms ( 3 first floor suites and bedroom on the ground floor) all with air , Smart TV, wardrobe , table and chair for study and large bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with an extra large Brastemp brewery and refrigerator. Living room with Smart Tv 65" with air. Large private gourmet area with HOT TUB and barbecue. Bedding (percal) and BATH.

Trancoso has always attracted nature lovers, at Casa Pequi the living trees are highlighted in the contours of the garden or blend into the house. Rustic furniture with a natural design made from raw materials found in the forest. Facade in Santa Fé plaster, the same coating as the Igrejinha do Quadrado, which at the time was made with sand, salt water, and whale oil.
