beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! One bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bath is available. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

There is a flat screen, wifi and a small kitchen as well as a shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, the harbor is about 10 minutes walk. From the train station you walk about 30 minutes to us. There is a bus stop or bike rental nearby. The car park is located directly at the house. The spa tax in the high season is 1.50€/day/adult, otherwise 1.00€.

The accommodation is a small (~ 35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.
