Make new memories in this one-of-a-kind , luxurious, and family-friendly space. Our home craves a family that wants to enjoy a wonderful place all seasons with open and social spaces. Here you live with the best south facing position with sun all day , pool (summer) and jacuzzi (winter) , large lawn on the sea plot with access to jetty, trampoline, boat for fishing, kayaks, etc. Secluded but only 20 minutes from Stockholm C where you can easily get by bus just a few minutes from the house. Close to Tyresta Nature Reserve!

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Stylish and beautiful apartment in SOFO, Sthlm's cosiest area, for the business traveller or a romantic weekend for a couple. Comfortable double bed and sofa bed and all the amenities for a nice stay. 10 min walk to Gamla stan. Bars, restaurants and shopping literally a stone's throw away in all directions.
