Nice open floor plan house with plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining room table. There are 2 full-size refrigerators and long counters for chopping and cooking. The driveway is gravel and the yard is large, but not finished (mostly wild grass growing). The location is great; it's a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown, The Y, and Heavenly Resort. You’ll love my place because the location is great, nestled in the prestigious Montgomery estates, close to Casinos, Heavenly, Hiking/mountain biking trails.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). **Please note the home is close to full time neighbors so not open to parties. If you are looking for a home to relax, enjoy nature I would recommend this home. Great for families and a quiet getaway!**
