A 1937 farmhouse completely renovated and updated in 2020 provides a great get-a-way to the country. Spend some time watching the cows that call this 10-acre farm home. The house has 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms, laundry area, kitchen, dining area, large living room, enclosed porch, and attic space with two twin beds. There is a single carport and circle driveway . The property is conveniently located near Mitchell River, hiking trails, vineyards, and only 3 miles from I-77.

The cozy house is 15 minutes to Jefferson and West Jefferson 3 minutes to Shatley spring restaurant 5 minutes to RiverHouse restaurant 15 to red dog restaurant so much to do in Ashe. When you want to relax you are able to sit and enjoy the view from the back porch and listen to the river, enjoy all kinds of birds sing. This place is a beautiful, relaxing and enjoyable. there’s no access to the river but ask me and I know a lot of places where you can go ad fish or get in tothe River!
