Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. Built in 1882, our lovely cottage is a former coastguard cottage located in a row of 14 made of a number of holiday homes and permanent homes to local families. The inside of the cottage is very well appointed and very cozy. The west facing garden deck provides a good size outdoor area to sit and take in the fantastic views of Cowes harbour, the Solent beyond and the amazing sunsets. You will have access to a dedicated off street parking space.

A delightful cottage in the village of Emsworth overlooking the beautiful Mill Pond and within a short walk of restaurants, cafes, pubs and the village shops. There are numerous seaside walks, opportunities for sailing or just taking it easy. Chichester is approx 8 miles to the east and Portsmouth about the same distance to the west. Both easily reached by car, or buses which run through the village.
