chalet on the water close to all amenities(train station, shops, public transport, city of congresses, castle...) You'll be in a cocoon in the city center. Life on the water is governed by a few small ecological rules and some uncertainties depending on the season.(Water cut off by negative temperature, a sanitary block is available.)
