In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which includes a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another lounger. The apartment has a separate entrance. You are welcome to provide the entire property for your recreation. Your big and small four-legged favorites are also welcome! There is still a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space in summer on the lush pastures. A riding area is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelmhelm Bridge and the popular south-facing beach with various and good restaurants as well as bars. Large windows leave a lot of light in the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and a single bed. Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

You'll love the place because of the surrounding area that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "breakout-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicap accessible and plenty of room. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + children, groups, several generations and furry friends (pets).

120 modern, magnificent sqm on the North Sea

Aloa, please read the description carefully. Most of the questions on their own are answered on their own. Also all kinds of misunderstandings. If I have to read again that the place is very outside or it is "just an apartment" and not an entire house, then I have to cry. The apartment is 120 square meters and can accommodate 8 adults and a baby. There are four euros per day (plus baby) to pay 99 euros. Each additional person costs 15 euros. A holiday snapper!
