Your unit is completely separate with large, beach style bedroom, sea views and white tiled large foyer leading to a kitchenette / laundry, then separate bathroom and enclosed patio with clothesline & BBQ . If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, or if you would like to meet me I will enjoy sharing my local knowledge.

The large secure yard is perfect for the kids to run and play and for the fur babies too. There is plenty of parking for boats, trailers, cars, caravans, and trucks.

Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. This is a 2 bedroom house attached to existing house with separate entrance with own double carport. Laundry is shared with owner with separate entrance.

Two of our favourite things are Esperance and dogs so it was important to us that our holiday accommodation fitted around this. Our "Cosy Corner" (granny flat) is located at the back of our property, right in town—within easy walking distance to the city center and the foreshore. It features a queen-size bed, a kitchenette for basic cooking, and a private ensuite bathroom. The studio has its own separate entrance, though the backyard is shared with the main house.
