Cozy apartment close to the city center, with nice sun terrace and possibility to barbecue. Exceptionally nice apartment near beach about 10 min walk, cozy harbor environment 5 min walk, city center 5 min walk, beautiful good cycling routes on the archipelago path. Incidentally, experience Egeskov Castle, Svendborg city, sea kayak in the South Funen archipelago, horseback riding on Svanninge hills, MTB in the “backyard” and a sea of hikes. In addition, the opportunity to enjoy Svendborg's large selection of restaurants and cafes and shopping.

Let the landlord know no later than 2 days before arrival. During the period 15 September to 14 April, electricity costs DKK 4 per kWh. Strom berechnes von 15/9 bis 15/4 mit 4kr. per KWh. In den Monaten juni bis august ist Strom kostenlos. Aber wenn der Pool gebucht wird komen Stromkosten immer dazu, auch im Sommer. .

The natural gathering point of the house is the beautiful living room, where the kitchen and living room are united in one. From the living room you access a charming south-east facing terrace with Seaview. The holiday home offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, and a lovely bathroom with shower and sauna. Spacious luxury camping in canvas tents by Tentipi. Situated by itself, in nature, right outside the cosy village of Faldsled. Walking distance to the beach and a handful of fabulous places to eat (fast, vegetarian or fine dining). Great place for a romantic get away, a famly stay or a small group of friends. One tent with a double bed (with possibility of adding two more beds) and one larger tent with space for cooking, chilling, working, reading….. The big tent also works as another bedroom.

Ny charmerende lejlighed beliggende i landlige omgivelser. Vi er ca. 10-12 km fra Odense Centrum/banegård og ca 8 min fra motorvejen afkørsel Odense S. Lejligheden består af 1 soveværelse med dobbeltseng, New Yorker inspireret badeværelse med brus og åbent køkken/spise og opholdsstue med sovesofa. Lille terrasse til fronten af huset med morgen/formiddagssol samt parkering. Terasse på bagsiden af huset med spiseplads, gasgrill samt adgang til fælles have med siddepladser samt bålplads.

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 2, 5 og 8 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

En lille romantisk perle lige I vores egen baghave I Herrested ved Ørbæk på Fyn. Small guest apartment in the countryside incl. cleaning

Small guest apartment with nice views of fields, and only 5 min. to the highway. There is access to private bath/wc in the apartment as well as a well equipped kitchen. shopping options inside for about 2km. We do not recommend the apartment for families with small children.!
