Unique 170 m2 house with 400 m2 garden which scouts use for their meetings in the countryside. Something different, not like any other. Modest, but equipped with everything you need. Located at lake in a rural village, yet very close to city Kranj (7' by car), Ljubljana (20'), Lake Bled (30') and Postojna cave (1h). Ideal for families traveling by car since it has a central location from where most points of interest are reachable in an hour. Not suitable for a party or public transport users.

House has 2 bathrooms in each floor, 2 balconies, 1 terrace, and beautiful garden with barbeque. In winter time also fireplace can be used. Free parking for 3 cars.

Our place built by my grandparents is just 3 minutes on foot from the lake in a nice green,warm neighborhood. We believe the relaxed atmosphere of our home makes our guests feel welcomed. Our 85m2 holiday home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms with private shower rooms on the first floor. Our holiday home is built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/Sat is available in every room. Washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. Internet access via WLAN is a matter of course.
