My place is close to beach, pond, public transportation,market,bakery,pharmacy,restaurants. Located in a gated community with electronic gate and monitoring by cameras. Super quiet location, 15 minutes walk along a beautiful trail with dunes and natural lagoons to reach the beach. My space is good for families (with children) and furry friends (pets).
