Vissen, windsurfen, surfkiten en andere watersporten zijn op nog geen 250m aanwezig. Ook is er een enorm wandelgebied en een gezellig dorp. Vanuit de woning zie je een hele grote vijver. Eenden, waterhoenders, grote karpers, soms een bever en zelfs waterschilpadden zijn uw buren. s-avonds wordt u getrakteerd op een kwaakconcert.

This apartment on 45 square meters is ideal for business travelers or fitters. It has 2 bedrooms each with a single bed. TV and desk with high-speed internet connection can be found in both rooms. A small kitchen with everything you need is adjoined. The bathroom is spacious and modernly furnished. A small loggia in the south direction completes the small inexpensive apartment. On the property there is the possibility to charge an electric car at a wallbox.

Our house is a 5-minute walk away from Ede-Wageningen Central Station and a 5-minute drive from the highways. Your private entrance, room with A/C (2024) and bathroom. In the middle of the Veluwe. By bike on the heath in 15 minutes and 5 minutes walk to the forest. So a wonderful base! Charging the electric car is also one of the possibilities. And who doesn't want to do that now, wake up to a freshly laid egg from our chickens from their own garden.

The Lodge is close to downtown Alkmaar and the beach of Bergen or Egmond. Walk in the dunes in Schoorl.

The bathroom is equipped with an open shower. Everything was completely renovated in 2023.
