Situated on a nine acre nature reserve, with direct access to the beach and pristine sea views, our home is one of Denmark’s largest and most private summerhouses. The main house and annex, with multiple entertaining spaces, are surrounded by a large garden. A private path leads to the beach. Built as the seaside estate of the entrepreneur inventor of the egg box, our home is close to the resort towns of North Zealand; all the nightlife and culture of Copenhagen is under an hour's drive away.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

With its large kitchen and ample social areas, you are guaranteed a stay in lovely socializing with friends or family. In the plot there is a hot tub that you can enjoy with room for up to 6-7 people. The scenic surroundings with close to the sea are conditioner for body and soul. Welcome to our spacious paradise near the beach! Our renovated house offers generous spaces for relaxation and amenities for a delightful stay. With just 450 meters to the beach, sunny days by the sea are just a stone's throw away. Enjoy the fresh sea air on the large wooden deck. The house has about 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds - one king bed (210x210 cm) and three single beds (120 cm), as well as a sofa bed (160 cm). Perfect for a relaxing and memorable time! 🏖️✨

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.
