It is situated across one of the most popular swimming areas or the Athenian coastline, Alimos Beach, as well as minutes away from the Historic centre of Athens and the Acropolis as well as the Piraeus port. The keys will be delivered upon arrival and I will personally explain to you everything you need to know about the apartment. No one will interact or disturb you unless you require assistance. For such purpose I am on call 24 hours a day. A Greek mobile number will be provided to you for immediate communication with me if any matter arises or any assistance is needed. Check out is at 12:00 and check in at 15:00. Late check out or late night arrivals can be arranged upon request. Please respect the apartment and the neighbors. Time for rest and peace according to the law is: April 1 - September 30 : 15.00-17.30 and 23.00-7.30 October 1 - March 31 : 15.30-17.30 and 22.00-7.30. Smoking is allowed only at the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Set in the coastal suburb of Alimos, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach, which offers swimming, sun loungers, beach bars, and restaurants. Alimos Marina, one of the largest yacht marinas in Athens, is steps away. 150 m away from the apartment there is “Davaki” bus stop: • Bus A2 leads in approximately 20 minutes to the Acropolis Parthenon, Acropolis museum, Plaka and the Historic centre of Athens. Moreover in 15 min. you can reach “Sygrou-Fix” metro station • Bus 217 starts from Piraeus and ends at “Dafni” metro station Meters from the apartment is “1st Kalamakiou” bus stop at Poseidonos Avenue: • Bus A1 leads in less than 35 minutes to Piraeus port, where boats depart to all Greek islands. • Bus X96 leads directly to Athens international airport “Eleftherios Venizelos”. • Bus No Α1 & Α2 are driving across the coastline towards Voula where you can find connection to continue your journey across the coastline of Attika. 250m away from the apartment, is located the “Marina Alimou” TRAM stop. Bright Renovated Apartment in the Heart of the City

My place is a newly renovated apartment furnished and decorated in a way that entirely expresses my personal taste and my needs as a guest. Bright colors and modern elements combined with unique vintage pieces and plants. Spacious and luminous, this space ideal to spend your weekend and relax or even stay longer periods and feel at home. As long as you enter the apartment all spaces are accessible to you. And in order to be more precise, these include two spacious and extra cozy living rooms with a workstation, an elegant master bedroom, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. As a host, I will be as helpful as I can. Feel free to contact me for anything you would like to know about the apartment or the city. As a local, I can offer my insights and share some great city tips. The location is the center of Thessaloniki's beating heart, with the area a mix of the residential and commercial. The waterfront is just steps from the front door, while nearby points of interest include Aristotle's Square and Agia Sofia church. Public transportation is the best way to move around as parking can be quite tricky downtown. I would not recommend that. Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

The apartment has a bedroom for two persons, with a 1.6 m wide double bed,and a small room,with a 1.2 m wide single bed for a third person.Possibility of placing baby folding bed. The spacious and cozy living room has a high dining table and bar stools and a large couch (sleeping possibility for a fourth person). The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, fire blanket, smoke detector, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster; it has a folding table with two folding chairs for seating.
