Charming Flat, Quiet with Parking, 15min downtown

We have renovated our old Swiss farmhouse (dating back to 1870) to include a separate apartment! We’re very excited to share it with you! We are either 15 minutes (by direct bus - 8) or 10 minutes by car away from the LOVELY Lausanne! There is a grocery store 150m from our door, along with an adorable Boulangerie where everything is house made. A forest and small river are found just behind our house, making our flat the perfect retreat for nature lovers and city enthusiasts alike.

Our beautiful duplex apartment (right on the cross-country ski run!) consists of 4.5 rooms (110 sqm) in the attic of a large chalet. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, a large living room and a toilet. The upper floor is located under the roof and consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom.
