Blue Bucket B&B

The Blue Bucket B&B is nestled amidst towering spruce, pine & cottonwood. It looks out over a meadow that is frequented by black bears, moose & eagles. Though secluded in trees, surrounded by nature and just a walk down the drive to the Salmon river, you are still close to the beach, pier, local stores, library and local trails. You can bike or walk easily to any of these locations. Our home is very charming, warm, and cozy. We offer free transportation to and from the airport and the ferry.

Comfy 2 bedroom home

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway near Glacier Bay National Park. Everything to do in Gustavus is just a short drive (or bicycle ride or walk) from this fully furnished and stocked 2 BR home. The Park is about 7 miles away, the airport and ferry terminal are approximately a mile and a half away; the grocery store is about 1/2 mile away. The home is 768 square feet, so we have a 4 guest max (this includes children), so as not to over-occupy the space and facilities.

Heen Shu Hit, House on the Water

100 year old house the oldest house in Hoonah used to be water front until it was dredged up now in the front is the kids park and the marina. The house recently remodeled wood from the local saw mill. Cozy and spacious retreat house with lots of beds, a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Views of the marina and the mountains. Perfect retreat from the city. Walking distance to town across the street from the school.

The Spruce Tip

Enjoy our new 2-bedroom cozy getaway cabin located in the quiet Good River area and just 8 miles from Glacier Bay National Park. The cabin sits on a wooded lot with trails nearby and close enough to bike anywhere in town. The cabin has two queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and washer/dryer. Free bikes, BBQ and a portable firepit are also available for use.
