Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

This is a truly adorable home that is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, very family-friendly, and pet-friendly! It's been recently renovated and has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 1.5 bathrooms (both downstairs). It has a lovely conservatory that functions as a family dining room. It has a new furnace as well as new central air conditioning. Excellent WiFi with live streaming for television. It also includes bikes and beach gear for use, a washer and dryer, and a portable fire pit.

Our place is close to parks, beautiful scenic views, restaurants, and dining. You'll love the place because of the panoramic views, comfy beds, the kitchen, coziness, and natural light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and larger groups.

Upstairs bunkhouse sleeps 4 including 2 private sleeping cubicles. 12 beds plus sofas offers lots of sleeping quarters. Large wooded yard w/ lots of parking. Large fire pit w/ lots of chairs. 2-3 Miles to several beaches, boat launches, golf and disk courses.
