Our modern 3 bed house is newly renovated, and a 5 minute walk to the centre of Hokitika where you can find all sorts of treasures, from a range of great cafes and Restaurants, to Pounamu (Greenstone or Jade), a movie theatre, and a range of very stylish shops, with everything from clothes, jewellery, souvenirs, flowers, and hardware. If you walk through town you can stroll right onto the beach, where you can sometimes spot seals, little blue penguins and other wildlife.

Large executive home overlooking the ocean.

This house sits opposite the Tasman Sea with stunning views over the ocean and south to New Zealand's highest peak - Mount Cook. The views are stunning often with beautiful sunsets. We are a 5 mins drive to Greymouth and it is 1 km neat to the start of the Point Elizabeth scenic bush walk. This is a great bush walk mainly sheltered with good native bush cover. The main bedroom has great sea views and an ensuite. Plenty of parking space is available behind the house.

Just a few minutes walk will have you in the heart of Hokitika, so close to our lovely cafes, restaurants, shops and the Hokitika beach. Straight across the road is Cass Square where many events are held throughout the year, including our famous Wild Foods Festival. The square also has a park for the kids, you can watch them from the comfort of your couch!

A Touch of Class... spoil yourself!

You’ll love this place because its near new, with 2 beautiful tiled bathrooms with heated floors. Its got free unlimited hi-speed Wifi and a TV in every room. You'll be really warm as it is double glazed and insulated with a heat pump. I have also twisted the arm of some local businesses to give you some discount vouchers too. My place is good for couples, business travellers, bigger groups and families as it has a games room.
